Sodium bicarbonate has some solubility in water. At normal room temperature, its solubility is rather limited, and it increases marginally as the temperature goes up. For instance, when the temperature is 20ºC, around 9.6 grams of sodium bicarbonate can be dissolved in 100 grams of water. When the temperature reaches 60ºC, approximately 16.4 grams of sodium bicarbonate can be dissolved in 100 grams of water.

Application
