Product Description
Sodium bicarbonate is a white powder or opaque monoclinic fine crystal, odorless, slightly salty in taste, and cool in nature. It is easily soluble in water and glycerol, and slightly soluble in ethanol (some say insoluble). The solubility in water is 7.8g (18ºC), 16.0g (60ºC), with a density of 2.20g/cm3 and a specific gravity of 2.208,mainly used in food, feed and industry field.
Sodium bicarbonate is a commonly used food additive, mainly used for fermentation and seasoning. Meanwhile, food sodium bicarbonate also has certain health benefits.
