Hardness and wear resistance: the hardness of magnesium oxide building material powder itself is moderate, and it can provide certain wear resistance after the building material is formed. For example, when making magnesium oxide flooring materials, it can make the floor surface have better wear resistance and resist daily friction and wear.

Application

 

1)Building board production: magnesium oxide building material powder is the main raw material for the production of magnesium oxide fire-proof board, decorative board and other plates. In the production process, mixed with an appropriate amount of brine (magnesium chloride solution), adding glass fiber and other reinforcing materials, after forming, curing and other processes, the building board with fire protection, moisture resistance and high strength is made. These plates can be used for indoor partition, external wall insulation decoration and other aspects.
2)Floor material production: Used to make magnesia floor materials. It can be mixed with other additives to make a self-leveling material for the levelling and decoration of the ground. Magnesium oxide floor material has good wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and fire resistance, suitable for industrial plants, warehouses, shopping malls and other places of the floor laying.
3)Building insulation material production: In the field of building insulation, magnesium oxide building material powder can be used in combination with other insulation materials (such as polystyrene foam, rock wool, etc.), or as an independent insulation material. Due to the low thermal conductivity of magnesium oxide, it can effectively prevent the transfer of heat and improve the thermal insulation performance of buildings.
