Application

1. Road Deicing and Antifreeze
• Core Function: Calcium chloride dihydrate significantly lowers the freezing point of water, effectively melting ice and snow and preventing freezing even at extremely low temperatures (down to around -20°C or even lower).
• Advantages: Compared with traditional rock salt (sodium chloride), calcium chloride dihydrate melts snow faster and more effectively. It is less corrosive to concrete and metal, and causes less damage to plants and soil.
• Applications: Widely used for deicing and antifreeze on roads, parking lots, airport runways, and other such areas.

2. Efficient Desiccant (Hygroscopic Agent)
