2. Acidity and alkalinity: Its aqueous solution is acidic, with a pH value generally between 3.5-5.0.
3. Stability: Solid products can be stored for a long time under dry, moisture-proof, and heat-resistant conditions, while liquid products have an effective storage period of six months
