Description:Ammonium sulfate has a high solubility in water, and this solubility grows as the temperature ascends. For example, at 0 °C, about 70.6 grams of ammonium sulfate can be dissolved in 100 grams of water. When the temperature hits 100 °C, the solubility is roughly 103.8 grams per 100 grams of water. Additionally, it does not dissolve in ethanol at all.
