Magnesium chloride hexahydrate tablet, chemical formula MgCl2 · 6H2O, the appearance is colorless transparent to white translucent flake. Bitter and deliquable, it is a common magnesium compound.
Melting point: about 116-118 ºC, at this temperature will lose part of the crystal water.
Solubility: Easily soluble in water.
Stability: stable at room temperature and pressure, but will gradually dehydrate and decompose in high temperature environment.
