Product Description

Magnesia sand, also known as sintered magnesia sand, is an alkaline refractory material made from raw materials such as magnesite and brucite through high-temperature calcination. Its main component is magnesium oxide (MgO), with a content usually above 90%. It is mostly white or grayish-white granular in appearance, featuring extremely high refractoriness (generally above 2000ºC), good thermal stability and resistance to alkaline slag erosion.
